Daimler being sued in 22 countries offering fine faced 1.85 billion





  Economic Observer reporter Wang Fang according to the United States to the New York Times this morning's news, United States Department of Justice recently sued Daimler company, in the last ten years at least 22 countries offering tens of millions of dollars for overseas business.

According to court documents show that Daimler bribery means very sophisticated, through the use of offshore bank accounts, deceptive pricing as well as in the guise of the third party intermediary in the name of a bribery overseas clients, while at the same time in the company as the "Committee for special discounts or generates the necessary payment".

In addition to the main list listed above, Daimler also involve bribery country: Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Latvia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Viet Nam.
