Latest data: Russian Government car trade-in plan effective
Xinhua Moscow March 31 Mar (report Member Tatyana) according to the Russian Government announced the latest data, since 8 March implementation vehicle trade-in program, Ministry of industry and the Russian Government has granted 2.8 million to buy a new car.
