Subsidies reduce August France new car sales year-over-year decline
An integrated electric super car, France Automobile Manufacturers Association (French car manufacturers ' association), September 1, announced that, due to the reduction of government subsidies, August France market new car sales in the same period last year basis declined 9.8%.
From July 1, France Government old car scrap subsidies from 700 Euro reduced to 500 euro. The subsidy policies will be December 31, a definitive end.
August, PSA Peugeot Citro?n (PSA) domestic sales year-over-year decrease of France 9.2 %; PSA Peugeot Citroen competitors Reynolds car sales are declined 3.8%.
The first eight months of this year, France new car sales for 149 million units, an increase of 1%. Industry insiders predict that this year, France new car sales will be 200 million or so, as France automobile market in recent years in average.
