The EU will introduce programmes to promote research and use of electric vehicles

This new development planning will replace the 2010 expiration "Lisbon strategy", as a guideline the EU economy in the next 10 years to develop programmatic file. According to the European Commission last November's preliminary plan, the EU will move towards a more "green" knowledge-based economy, promoting more environmentally friendly electric vehicles in line with this development.
According to the plan, the Union leaders will be held February 11 of the Special Summit preliminary discussions of new economic development strategy, and in the June summit final adoption.
