Daimler CFO welcomes Chinese investors become shareholders of Daimler





CRI June 7 rising Daimler company CFO UBO (Bodo Uebber) recently said, welcome Chinese investors become shareholders, but does not have recently introduced into China's plans for big shareholder, he also forecast this year, Daimler sold in China will exceed 10 000 vehicles, more than 7 million units last year.

"State-owned Kuwait investment institutions currently holds a Daimler 6.9% shares, Abu Dhabi sovereign funds hold 9.08% shares.

UBO Saturday media interviews also indicated Daimler will continue to be the European Aeronautic Defence and space company (EADS), one of the major shareholders. Daimler is currently control EADS15% of the shares and voting rights owned 22.5%. UBO pointed out that the euro weakness in the long term on EADS is good news, because the company is a production in the euro area, while many manufacturing aircraft are sold with the dollar, the euro depreciated it brings price advantage.
