Chrysler to expand United States factory 4.6 million square meters of factory building
Comprehensive news agencies reported that Chrysler executives Ross G. Good recently said that Chrysler will be in the United States Illinois Belvidere assembly plant in the Northwest corner of the extension of the 50 million square feet (approximately 4.6 million m2) of factory.
The plant expansion will expand the production capacity of Chrysler. Now it is not clear this extension to create many jobs.
Belvidere factory from 1965 onwards was formally put into production, currently it employs 2300 people and implemented two shifts. The factory production models have Dodge Caliber Jeep , Guide (Compass) and Patriot (Patriot) models.
Belvidere Chrysler municipal officials expressed support for the extension and has to hire a dedicated building management companies to be assessed to ensure that the expansion meets city Chrysler corporate planning.
